A two year guarantee on our products is supported by an outside service company which also responsible to other Australian suppliers.

Nowadays there are many smaller companies trekking to Italy and buying a container or two of ovens, with the hope of landing them back in Australia with the "importers direct" slogan and making a big profit. The reality is, we have done this for over a decade, and know that one or two containers of Ovens from Italy will not give much buying power, just a pretty name on it. The service component is unforeseen but is rarely addressed. Therefore these "hit & miss" importers may not be around to honour the warranty. (Unfortunately this has occurred with "major" Australian Brands also) Over the years we have imported hundreds of containers of various products, therefore our Italian branch has one of the better buying networks available and in conjuction with our factory can source a full and up to date range of Kitchen products. Obviously, the Italians are not going to cover Warranty in Australia so we take all responsiblty for what we import.

Most products bought into this country are required to meet to Australian Standards, which is why our CEO spends most of his time back in OZ at the the approvals office, and 5% of the containers are filled with spare parts for our service company.

Given that our product is distributed throughout the country, we have chosen to appoint an outside service specialist to back up our warranty. This Company has been servicing our product (along with many others) for nearly ten years and have a nationwide network who can guarantee spare part delivery within 48 hours, even to remote areas.
